Author’s Notes   Reviews
During my 45 years of corporate and consulting experience with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50, I have learned what to do and what should never be done from some of the best and worst leaders. I have often thought to myself, “I wish I knew this 45 years ago.” It would have made things a lot easier. I created the Business Hierarchy of Needs® in 2013 to give you food for those thoughts and have been using it in my consulting practice ever since. I wrote this book to provide you, the reader with a high-level view of how a business should be run and the critical elements that need to be addressed. Every business does the 29 elements of the Business Hierarchy of Needs® to some degree, but most do not do it in an integrated fashion. It doesn’t matter if you are an individual contributor, lead a team, a function, a business, an experienced leader, or a Gen X’r just starting out, you all have needs that must be satisfied and this book is for you. It will give you the ability to ask more probing and insightful questions. Utilizing the Business Hierarchy of Needs® will provide you with an integrated system to satisfy those needs and help you turn strategy into results.

“I guess my first comment is that, as someone read the book intently, this person would feel pretty confident to embrace the development and implementation of a business strategy on their own… Just following the recipe! Your work is thorough, meticulous, methodical, and is based in real world experiences. This makes it super valuable and reliable.”
