Continuous Improvement Program Audit

Overview Continuous improvement programs (CIP) have many moving parts and utilize a variety of tools and techniques throughout an organization. CAP, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Process Re-Engineering, Value Stream Mapping, SMED and other programs are often not integrated and managed as one program.
