Arun Lonkar is the Implementation Services Lead for Group 50’s DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY PRACTICE. Arun has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, enterprise systems architecture, systems engineering, project management, and enterprise technology strategy. His career has focused on enterprise business applications, interoperability standards and collaborative technologies. Arun has a passion for efficient architecture and design. His redesign of the user and system interfaces for a business critical US Army system resulted in a ten-fold improvement in response time with a five fold reduction in manpower costs. He has been an entrepreneur for 18 years serving Fortune 500 companies, Government, Intel community, Telecom, Banking and Wall Street. His most notable clients include DHS, DOD, GSA, DOJ and DOC. He has also worked at Accenture Federal Systems, SAIC, IBM, CACI, and The Clearing House. Arun holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
David Gardner has over 30 years’ experience in the design and integration of innovative business process and information technology solutions for “start-up” through Fortune 50 companies. David has extensive experience helping companies implement mass customization (build-to-order, assemble-to-order and engineer-to-order), configuration and operations strategies and information technology integration. He has held management positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, Product Management and consulting. He brings to Group50 significant knowledge in product configuration, document control, product development and strategic planning. His industry experience includes computers, disk drives, printers, semiconductors and custom equipment.
He is a graduate of San Jose State University (BA) and Santa Clara University (MBA). David is also a member of the Society for the Advancement of Consulting (SAC) and has been Board Approved in the Area of Configurable Products & Services Strategy and Implementation. This approval means that the consultant has worked in a specialized area for a considerable length of time; has provided detailed, documented evidence of success directly from clients in that specialty; and has conformed to the Code of Ethics of the Society, serving as a thought leader and exemplar in the profession in general and their specialty in particular. David is also the author of a book on Mass Customization: “Mass Customization: How Build to Order, Assemble to Order, Configure to Order, Make to Order, and Engineer to Order”.
She is an experienced management consultant helping companies design and execute their strategies and drive organizational performance. Deborah is especially skilled at significantly improving sales force effectiveness via strategy articulation, sales force structure, role definition, territory alignment, compensation programs, technology and sales process optimization. She has considerable expertise in the areas, performance measurement and management, communications, change management and compensation plan design. She redesigned and taught the Performance Measurement and Management course during her tenure at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She has designed compensation programs for all levels in an organization from executives to the general employee population as well as performance management programs based on business value creation, corporate imperatives and motivational power. Her approach to effective compensation plan design involves a detailed understanding of a clients’ business objectives, strategies, financial drivers, culture and organization structure.Deborah has worked with in a variety of industries and organizational sizes. Previous clients include: Hewlett-Packard, Duke Energy, Sun Microsystems, Sony Entertainment, Baxter Healthcare, American Tool Companies and Rand McNally. Deborah is also an Alumni of the University of Chicago where she received her degree in Economics.
He is a finance expert and an expert at performance management. He also teaches college at the graduate and undergraduate level. He is the author of three books on goal setting and operations management. During his career, Bill has worked for CitiCorp, AT&T and Qwest Communication. His most recent corporate job was as a Senior Vice President of Finance in a $22 B company where he managed a team of over 500 professional employees. He and his family lived in Belgium for two years where Bill was on assignment as an Expat with AT&T. Bill’s corporate work included making mergers successful at AT&T and working through many of the challenges of the Qwest/US West merger. While in Europe Bill was the leader of the working group (reported to the BOD) responsible for implementing the UTEL (Ukraine) joint venture between Deutsche Telekom, PTT Netherlands, AT&T and the Ukrainian Ministry of Communications.
He is a senior-level executive with over 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience at such world-class firms as Jarden Consumer Solutions, Pirelli S.p.A., Harris Corporation and United Technologies / Pratt & Whitney. Steve is currently utilizing his diverse work experience, which includes leadership roles in Finance, Strategy, Investor Relations, Treasury and Corporate Development (acquisitions / divestitures), to assist client companies in the development, implementation and execution of growth and other strategic initiatives. Steve has been instrumental in the due diligence and negotiation for partnerships and acquisitions, has lead operational evaluations and integrations for multi-billion dollar entities, divested business and brands. He also Led efforts to fund multiple acquisitions via issuance of ~$2 billion of senior debt and zero-coupon convertible notes. Steve received his BSBA from Boston University and his MBA from the University of Miami.
