Expected Learning/outcome
Group50 will do a data review and create a custom recession planning questionnaire for each participant, prior to the actual workshop. We will identify the corporate, financial, market facing, supply chain and operational risks a recession brings to the business. Our findings will be the basis for discussion at the workshop. The facilitated workshop discussion will cover strategic opportunities, cost takeout, process re-engineering, technology leverage, financial risk, organizational design and other topics. Expected outcome is a proactive activity list for the company.
Conclusions
At the conclusion of this workshop, the company will have a documented roadmap of activities and opportunities for dealing with a recession. The roadmap will identify a set of short-medium-long term activities and projects that will be unique to the company’s needs.
