Bob Hausman brings more than 35 years of executive-level operations and services leadership experience to Group50. He has demonstrated success engineering transition and exit strategies for business owners. Bob’s expertise includes increasing organizational productivity, improving profitability, and accelerating cash flow in both profitable and challenging business environments involving difficult turnaround, revitalization, and change-management scenarios. Bob’s background covers a diverse range of markets and industries, including textile manufacturing, global IT professional services, computer products sales and distribution, auditing, accounting, and e-commerce. Bob’s professional career began in a family managed NYSE public manufacturing business, which provided a unique perspective on both operations and public company dynamics. He has played key senior operating roles in startups, turnarounds, and bankruptcy proceedings in both small and large corporate environments. His extensive and diverse experience makes Bob uniquely qualified to optimize operational effectiveness while creating a robust succession plan and high value exit strategy. He is a graduate of Philadelphia University (BS ‘77’) and Babson College (MBA ‘78’). 
Paul Bohr is a Supply Chain Transformation Architect and has over 35 years of experience delivering performance improvement and transformation to leading companies in automotive, government, aerospace, chemical, consulting, communications, medical and service industries. Paul has extensive experience working domestically and internationally as an executive leader, coach, and consultant with many leading organizations. Very effective in energizing and leading diverse teams of professionals in highly competitive industries and fast-paced environments. Strong business, technical, and performance improvement qualifications utilizing Product Engineering, Service, Governance of Performance, Lean Six Sigma, SCOR, ERP, SI&OP, Change Management, and Project Management best practices. Paul is a Master Blackbelt who has worked for many well known companies in Aerospace, Automotive, Medical and the industrial complex. He is well versed in Mergers and Acquisitions, restructuring and process redesign.
Albert Levine is a seasoned bilingual (English and Spanish) operations executive with a successful track record of over 20 years of scaling top-tier fast-growth productive environments. He is a subject matter expert in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering. Highly proficient at building lean business units, extracting operational efficiency, and achieving substantial cost reductions across many different industries. Albert has applied his skills in project management, production scheduling and control, materials management, ERP, JIT, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Time Studies, assembly line design and Continuous Improvement in manufacturing, fabrication, distribution and warehousing. Albert is an experienced facilitator and has trained many people on the fundamental Six Sigma skills such as 5S.
Albert’s background includes being a COO for Tandycrafts and a Plant Manager at Rubbermaid. His professional experience is coupled with a MBA in Operations Management, MS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Industrial Engineering from USC.
JUDY WELCH – DATA ANALYST – SHAREPOINT SME has spent 30+ years in Customer Service, Logistics, and Quality roles on the front line and as a Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, and Project Manager. Her specialty is the development of tools for identification, collection, organization, analysis, reporting and presentation of performance data to highlight opportunities for improvement and to measure program results. Her SharePoint capabilities include site administration (layout, tool creation, permissions, training); diagnosis of performance and user anomalies; recommendation, testing, and implementation of solutions to specific needs. Excel proficiencies include combining extensive data sets from multiple sources to perform detailed analysis using complex analytical formulas and impactful graphics. The global complaint system & reporting she designed for a multi-division chemical company helped drive significant reductions in failure costs. She applies critical thinking skills to data management and takes an integrated, systematic approach to effectively facilitate with all stakeholders throughout the duration of a project, including issue resolution and juggling multiple priorities under pressure of deadlines and competing demands.
Bruce Robertson – Transportation and Logistics Expert Bruce is an innovative business leader with more than 30 years of experience in domestic and international transportation and logistics operations, and project management. He has proven to be a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who successfully delivers impactful solutions to complex supply chain and logistics challenges for industries including aerospace, record storage, automotive, semi-conductor, industrial, fashion, and others. As a founding partner of a Southern California-based freight forwarding company, Bruce has played a vital role in bringing results to a wide range of customers to solve their most challenging transportation projects. He developed and managed a team of transportation professionals and received the first-ever company designation as Certified Global Business Professionals awarded by the National Association of Small Business International Trade Educators (NASBITE).
