will only be responsible for claims between employers and
consultants if the project was solicited by THE COMPANY and
THE COMPANY assigned consulting resources to that project.

errors. The Company makes no representations about the accuracy,
reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any THE COMPANY’s
content. The use of THE COMPANY sites and the web site content
