Promoted to provide management and execution of a $67 million technical and support services contract with a major client. Guided internal team of 60 and coordinated activities of sub-contractor teams from 9 companies. Oversaw communications programs’ systems and engineering support, program and acquisition management support, and development/execution of strategies for multibillion-dollar programs.

 Increased total contract bookings 20% and expanded client base.

Earned merit-based promotion to manage a 34-person team and provide full oversight for administration, maintenance, and expansion of a 2,500-user WAN providing services and applications support to users in 12 facilities and three geographic locations. Oversaw design, maintenance and provisioning of all network-related equipment, including fiber backbone, servers, routers, cabling, printers, and PCs.
 Modernized and boosted network capacity 300% by planning and directing complete overhaul and transition from token-ring based network to 100MB Ethernet with a fiber backbone. Minimized impact on operations by implementing in segments during non-business hours.

Navy’s F/A-18 Hornet Inventory Management Deputy Branch Head in charge of 36 item managers and responsible for managing 5000 line items, executing a $230 million annual budget, and providing supply support to 1200 Navy/Marine/Allied aircraft. Outfitting Officer responsible for reviewing/revising aviation parts allowance for all Pacific Aircraft Carriers, Amphibious Assault Ships, Marine Aircraft Groups, and Naval Air Stations.
