Our consultant helped them, over a 4 month period to establish effectives testing methods to prove control validity for auditing purposes. Implemented 302 testing for compliance during the year.

• Boeing Corporation - all phases of SOX compliance as a consultant over an 18 month period. He instructed people how to do documentation, design effectiveness testing, operational effectiveness testing, remediation, redesign of controls and processes and assessments of the materiality of failed controls and an assessment of mitigating controls. He was responsible for coordinating and negotiating changes to controls with general auditors.
