Tom Bergmann
Tom Bergmann has more than 23 years of industry and government experience, which includes facilitating client teams in the development of business and technical system performance requirements, followed by the deployment of technical solutions enabled by modified business processes. His experience includes extensive work in IT strategy, systems integration, secure credentialing and identity management, business process optimization, acquisition strategy, information technology architecture trade studies, and the design and implementation of program management office operations. Mr. Bergmann is based in San Diego, California.
George William Bickerstaff
George is a member of Group50's advisory board. As a Managing Director at CRT Capital Group, George brings a strong business focus to Group50. He is a CFO with extensive business and finance leadership experience in diverse environments ranging from large global companies to small venture funded businesses. He has a proven track record of growing businesses and creating shareholder value with some of the most highly regarded companies in the world, including Novartis, Dun & Bradstreet and General Electric. He is insightful and has a global perspective gained from assignments in the USA, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. George is a regular guest lecturer on finance at Harvard Graduate Management Business School.
Dennis H Dalton
Dennis Dalton is a highly sought after executive with a broad range of business experiences. He has worked for large cap successful companies (Frito Lay, Inc., Office Depot, Inc.) and consulted for a number of small to mid cap companies (La Petite Academies, Pacific Pointe Medical, Academy Event Services) in a variety of fields. Dennis' vast experiences served to enhance his crossover skills. With the majority of his career spent in Distribution and Logistics, Dennis has also worked with enhancing Best Practices in other functional disciplines.
Dennis has held many high level positions in his field. In addition, he has served on a number of committees and cross fucntional task forces that have been charged with projects ranging from improving operational and managerial reporting to complete enterprise software conversions. With the majority of assignments delivering results well beyond proformas, Dennis has always played a major role in the deliverables.
Dennis graduated from California State University-Fullerton with a double major (Finance and Economics) undergraduate degree. He went on to get his graduate degree (MBA) from Claremont Graduate Universtiy-Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Business.
Bill Eveleth
Bill is a successful entrepreneur who was formaly an executive of Fortune 100 Corporation. He spent 20+ years in High Tech, Credit Card and Telecom industry, with major assignements in Finance, Planning, Marketing and Negotiations. He has managed team of over 500 Professionals, worked with the top level of many large companies and never lost the common touch. He has been married for 22 years, has 2 daughters and even managed a Bib Boy Restaraunt for 2 years. Bill brings a broad background and a wealth of experience to Group50.
Anthony Palumbo
Anthony is an accomplished CPA and Sarbanes-Oxley expert. He is a versatile financial professional with a Big Four background and extensive management experience. Major strengths include cost/benefit analysis, productivity improvements, increased profitability and tailoring solutions to strategic objectives. Over the last 3 years, he has worked on several SOX projects with companies such as Boeing, Impac Mortgage, Protein Design Labs and Endocare. Effective in building motivated teams that achieve objectives. Reorganized and turned around three companies.
