Tom Bergmann has more than 23 years of industry and government experience, which includes facilitating client teams in the development of business and technical system performance requirements, followed by the deployment of technical solutions enabled by modified business processes. His experience includes extensive work in IT strategy, systems integration, secure credentialing and identity management, business process optimization, acquisition strategy, information technology architecture trade studies, and the design and implementation of program management office operations. Mr. Bergmann is based in San Diego, California.

He has achieved strong bottom line results in diverse industries including an Internet service firm, mid-sized chemical company a division of multi-billion dollar Kaiser Chemicals, and an oil well drilling tools company. His has implemented multiple marketing strategies and comprehensive production controls focused on driving aggressive growth and improving operating income. He introduced new product lines, opened new markets, and increased sales and profits. Tom has an executive MBA from the Drucker Management Center, Claremont Graduate School and a BSME from California State University, Long Beach. He is a registered professional engineer.
Randy Carr
Seasoned packaging and design expert with over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in business development. Have worked with hundreds of companies on their product packaging designs and displays. Special expertise in merchandisers for retail. Worked on products for GNC, Procter and Gamble, Home Depot and others.
Significant contact base in the Far East for sourcing products and packaging. Primary focus is business development and new products.
