Steve Sharp
My 29-year career has been in leadership roles with market-leading manufacturing companies and I have excelled in driving growth, organizational excellence and company culture development. Throughout the 1990’s I ran a sizable, standalone consumer business, a group of domestic and international consumer businesses, and also led a start-up industrial business. I have 8 years experience successfully leading as a VP-GM/“president” in both B2C and B2B businesses, five years as a C-level marketing executive, and 4 years as a C-level operations executive, all within “best practices” market and brand leaders. My background includes multiple P&L/SBU leadership experiences in post-acquisition integration, start-ups, international management, and turnarounds.

My industry experiences as an executive include consumer office and computer products, consumer promotions, logistics, industrial printing and packaging, graphic films, mechanical and electronic durable goods, and energy storage.
