Maurice Boukelif
Mo has significant operations experience in multiple industries and is a supply chain expert. He brings to Group50 Consulting significant global experience in Electronics, Software, and Consumer Durable Goods in commercial, retail, public, and Department of Defense markets. He has qualitative and quantitative successes in turn-around, rapid growth and traditional business environments. His reputation for a can-do attitude, taking action, quick results, and the ability to build teams and morale is well developed. Mo has a proficiency in French and Spanish others. His excellent operational experience is complemented by a BSIE and BSCE from the University of Miami and a MSEE from Florida Atlantic University.
Randy Carr
Seasoned packaging and design expert with over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in business development. Have worked with hundreds of companies on their product packaging designs and displays. Special expertise in merchandisers for retail. Worked on products for GNC, Procter and Gamble, Home Depot and others.

Marty is a senior manager with experience in Manufacturing and Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Engineering at the President, General Manager and Functional Leadership levels. He has industrial and consumer products experience with Fortune 500 Companies Procter & Gamble, Pepsico, Avery Dennison and Mars as well as smaller family owned businesses Trojan Battery Company and Alloy (metal) Die Casting Company. He has an MBA in Finance from Loyola College, and B.S. Degress in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from the Univesity of Maryland.

James J Gitney - Founder
Mr. Gitney has over 25 years experience in multiple industries and world class companies such as GE, Black & Decker, Sunbeam and Rain Bird. Having managed operational budgets as large as $650M and P&L's of over $200M, Jim has the ability to bridge the gap across all functional disciplines. Jim's expertise is in product marketing programs, rebuilding businesses and organizations, lean manufacturing and new products. He has led several turnarounds and is known to be a can do executive. He has a BS ME from the University of Delaware and a MBA from Gannon University.
