Founder and CEO: Jim Gitney
Mr. Gitney has over 30 years experience in multiple industries and world class companies such as GE, Black & Decker, Sunbeam and Rain Bird. He has successfully has led companies into new businesses, accomplished 7 successful operational/financial turnarounds and has served on several boards. His expertise includes lean manufacturing, product development and global supply chains.
He has a BS ME from the University of Delaware and a MBA from Gannon University.
VP Marketing and Business Development: Steve Sharp
Steve Sharp has 29 years executive experience in multiple industries and world class, market-leading innovation leaders such as Avery Dennison, Trojan Battery and Rain Bird. Steve’s expertise is in product marketing, new products, strategy, building organizational excellence and business development. He has introduced new products with over $1 billion in annual sales and has successfully led 5 post acquisition integration efforts around the globe.
Steve has a BS degree from Occidental College and a MBA from UCLA’s Anderson Graduate School of Management.
